I'm to old and to paranoid to believe that Ard just killed Lydia.
Especially if the guy that try to make me believe this wears a mask, refuse to give me his name and brainwash people into killing each other.

Somehow I think Lydia might be deadly wounded or terminatally ill and Ard put her into that kind of stasis as it semed in episode one.

Another possibility is she was sacrificed, albeit volunteered, in order to achieve some ultimate victory or something like that and Ard formerly known as Demon Lord used the sword her soul was placed in as the tool which brought it about?

Since Ard seemed suprised when he heard Lydias Voice from the Sword, I have a feeling that at least he wasnt responsible for trapping here in there - or he is a very good actor and really did it like you said or somethin completely different happend

Calm down friend , your first mistake was to expect something from an isekai/power fantasy. Its a 50 50 chance that they would be good tbh and those that are good only help encourage more of these trash shows trying to feed off the fanbase since Isekai / reincarnation power fantasy are garunteed success .

honestly this is a worse version of Irregular at Demon High i see a lot of similarities and i kind of just see a lesser version with more boring and cooky cutter characters with similar MC with 2 girls demon king type of dude hell even this MC is very beta he looks cool and that's about it his personality is meh my expectations are low to begin with and so far honestly I'm not enjoying this one as i though i would its what it is

We've seen 3 iterations of Misfit at Demon Academy in TWO YEARS!!! We've seen better trash anime than this. I find it ironic for the anime community to lose their minds over Shikimori while also dissing Dress Up Darling, but when it comes to trash anime like this, that either A: is garbage for the sake of it, and someone's out here looking to make a quick buck, or B: treats its audience like they're stupid, y'all silent as ****ing day. Y'all just shrug your shoulders and go, "Welp....wasn't expecting much anyway," and then this community's looking stupid wondering why 2020 was a disappointing year and why this past winter season was nothing short of mediocre.
I've said it once, I'll say it again, the more this community praises trash and make excuses for trash anime, the more y'all gonna get.

true, but creativity is born from slapping trash on trash. our hope is that the team who animates trash will learn from it. And will use their experience to work on serious projects. Discouraging young animators will just lead to degradation of whole industry. I believe in human potential, i seen how a single game dev from india can make better game-plot than any AAA games. I will not say trash should be praised. But i don't want to discourage the next coming Hayao Miyazaki , by setting the entry bar too high.

Thats assuming people hate the show. I dont think people hate it as much as the vocal group says they do. "Is it a good show?", honestly doesnt matter. If people come back every week to watch it, thats all that matters. Complaining about a group enjoying some content you dont enjoy is like telling coffee drinkers you hate coffee, so they should too. I understand not liking a show and pointing out its flaws, but the "fans" are content enough to keep watching it. You're also assuming they're the same fans of a whole different genre of anime. Some how these 2 shows must carry the same response in some way. I don't feel the need to voice anything about "trash" tv if something goes wrong, but if its in the case of say a "Game of Thrones", sure I'll complain.
